End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and ArtCanvas ("Company") regarding the use of the ArtCanvas application ("Application"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. License

The Company grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

The User agrees not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Application or any part of it;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application;
• Use the Application for any unlawful purposes;
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the Application to third parties.

4. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Application are owned by the Company or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant the User any rights to such intellectual property.

5. Privacy

The use of the Application is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The Application may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Any in-app purchase or subscription is subject to the terms and conditions specified at the point of sale and in this Agreement.

7. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the User's access to the Application at any time, with or without notice, if the User fails to comply with any terms of this Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to this Agreement

The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
